How long for delivery?
The vast majority of orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are delivered the very next day before 1pm. You will be advised by phone and/or email if there is a delay with your order for any reason.

Can I buy one of your free phones and use it for pay as you go?
No, as clearly stated on the relevant pages, all free phones are subject to connection and status. I.e. these phones require a credit check and a minimum 12 month contract. Pay as you go phones are available to order from their own Pre-Pay page.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes, with a £9 million turnover, we have no choice.

Yes, especially when taking phone orders, we are often given personal information about our customers. Because we are registered under the Data Protection Act, our customer can give us that information in complete confidence, knowing that we abide by strict rules and regulations.

Yes, every notable scientific report to date has concluded that mobile phones pose no health risk.
